Fall Gift Card:
Starting 8/5/24 at 12:00 a.m. EST and through 9/29/24 at 11:59 p.m. EST, each online purchase of $25 in Gift Cards or eGift Cards under one transaction and under one order number will entitle the purchaser to one (1) $5 Reward Card. A purchase can be made up of multiple lower denominated gift cards and as long as the order total is at least $25 the purchaser will qualify for the promotional offer. This offer is only valid on new online orders placed during the promotional time periods defined above. It is possible to qualify for multiple Reward Cards, the applicable number of reward cards will be provided for each $25 spent under one transaction and under one order number. The applicable number of $5 Reward Cards will be emailed individually to the purchaser’s email address provided when placing the qualifying order.
Each promotional $5 Carvel Reward Card is awarded free with qualifying purchase and is valid for redemption between 8/5/2024 and 10/13/24 and may only be used to discount five dollars from purchased goods at participating Carvel locations (excluding taxes & fees). Limit one Carvel Reward Card redemption per customer per transaction. The Carvel Reward Card will retain any unused balance and can be redeemed multiple times until the balance is redeemed in full or it expires after 10/13/2024. This Carvel Reward Card has no cash value and cannot be used in combination with any other rewards, bundle, coupon or offer and may not be sold, transferred, reproduced or altered in any fashion. - No, Carvel gift cards never expire.
- Are there any fees associated with Carvel gift cards?
- No, we never charge a service or administration fee on Carvel gift cards. If you order a physical gift card online here there may be applicable shipping charges.
- Where can I purchase Carvel gift cards?
- You can easily purchase physical cards online that can be sent by mail to you or the intended recipient. Gift cards are also available for purchase at most Carvel shoppes. Find a Carvel location near you.
- Do you offer any discounts on bulk gift card orders?
- Carvel gift cards make an ideal customer or employee reward and incentive! We do offer bulk discounts on orders starting as low as $500. Register for a bulk purchase account to begin buying in bulk and saving.
- Do you offer digital gift cards?
- Yes! We call them eGift Cards and they are available for online purchase here. Additional Terms and Conditions apply to online purchases.
- How much can I load onto a gift card?
- Carvel gift cards sold in Carvel shoppes can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $200 and can be reloaded in-store to carry a maximum balance of up to $500. Carvel gift cards sold on our website can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $200 and cannot be reloaded.
- Are Carvel gift cards reloadable?
- Yes, but only cards sold from our Carvel shoppe locations are reloadable and can only be reloaded in shoppe locations. Carvel gift cards bought online or from other business programs are not reloadable.
- How can I check the balance of my gift card?

- Can I get cashback or a refund on a Carvel gift card?
- Carvel gift cards cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by law. If your card balance falls below the requirement for cashback requirements in your resident state, please call us at 1-888-529-65781-888-529-6578 and we are happy to assist with processing your request. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.
- What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
- We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
